These things show up all through the strip, and they’re driving me effing nuts. WHAT ARE THEY?!?
They always seem to show up around Jakes, maybe it’s their symbol.
I thought perhaps they were shadows or something? Or ghosts. I don’t know.
And now we see the Jakeskin in their natural state. Looks like some people are about to be “catalyzed”.
