  1. …well-played, but I’m fairly certain that’s not something she’s EVER said. I mean dayum, the first time SUCKS.

  2. I think that’s the point…If it’s your first time, you don’t know *how* to do it right. So, unless the other person *does*…well, it’s a learning curve, let’s say that.

And I love how the guy is obviously just indulging this chick here. Oh, dear.

  3. Barnabas is a transliteration of Barabas the so-called “thief” that was with Jesus and another on the Roman crosses. He was really a revolutionary.

    1. Actually, Barnabas would refer to Barabbas, an Jewish revolutionary (even so referred to by the four canonical gospels). He was not crucified, but was sentenced to it, but during the Passover celebration, Pontius Pilate gave the people of Jerusalem (because of the custom) the choice to free one prisoner from his sentence. Rather than choose Jesus, the Christ, the crowd chose Jesus Barabbas, the revolutionary.

      1. Actually, I feel like there was a person straight-up named Barnabus somewhere in the New Testament. I don’t remember for certain.
