Ra "Sunny" Shen.

The irritable, foul-mouthed, tireless engine of enterprise behind the success of Borndown, Gene's band. The same energy he once put into a hinted-at past of delinquency and violence is currently channeled into an eerily competent business acumen, and fueled by a never-ending supply of sugar and candy. His rare combination of both street and business sense allows him to nurse both professional and personal grudges of great depth and intensity.

Sunny is ethnically Nile Revivalist like his cousin Moze, but strictly non-observant, and contemptuous to the point of open hostility.
