Truthfully that's not really much worse than the three near the eye would be. Once you've got any little glitter-stars tattooed on your face you've pretty much crossed the 'scarred for life' threshhold. You're basically just giving yourself the most magical case of permanent acne ever.

If she slept comfortably through that, she was either stoned off her face or so drunk she wouldn't have been able to talk or stand.
Although, a friend of mine woke up with a tattoo of all of the mushrooms from Mario World tattood on the inside of his wrist once, it turned out two tattoo places in town were having a competition to see who could get the most people that night.
An inch. It's small and it's fragile and it's the only thing in the world worth having. You must never lose it, or sell it, or give it away. You must never let them take it from you.Posted 1 year ago # -
So here's a little something I found in the news too. You might have already seen it :
Pixar grants girl's dying wish to see 'Up'
HUNTINGTON BEACH – Colby Curtin, a 10-year-old with a rare form of cancer, was staying alive for one thing – a movie.
From the minute Colby saw the previews to the Disney-Pixar movie Up, she was desperate to see it. Colby had been diagnosed with vascular cancer about three years ago, said her mother, Lisa Curtin, and at the beginning of this month it became apparent that she would die soon and was too ill to be moved to a theater to see the film.
After a family friend made frantic calls to Pixar to help grant Colby her dying wish, Pixar came to the rescue.
The company flew an employee with a DVD of Up, which is only in theaters, to the Curtins’ Huntington Beach home on June 10 for a private viewing of the movie.
The animated movie begins with scenes showing the evolution of a relationship between a husband and wife. After losing his wife in old age, the now grumpy man deals with his loss by attaching thousands of balloons to his house, flying into the sky, and going on an adventure with a little boy.
Colby died about seven hours after seeing the film.

This is why I love Pixar, and if they join forces with Google there will be no resistance.Posted 1 year ago # -
Damn Wood, that film already made me cry a little. Now whenever I see it I'm going to be thinking about the little girl who died 7 hours later. Gotta love Pixar.

RE: the stars tattoo girl:
I've seen discussion online about this, and some folks who've had a lot of tattoos say that yes, they've fallen asleep during them. They go on to say that duh, they make absolutely certain that the tattooist knows EXACTLY what they want, and don't go to some dude who doesn't speak the language(s) they speak.Posted 1 year ago # -

Also, the guys on the left half of this picture is the tattoo artist :

I love how Carradine's arm is missing

I have no idea if this is meant to be a joke but there's a fuckin enormous folder of these mixed in with photos of dildos and Ron Paul merch and more of those creepy gun-poses. Fuck anime, rightwing forums are where the atrocity tourism's at.

More fun stuff that I find at work- an attempt to disprove evolution based on the fact that a scientist 80 years ago tried to hybridize humans and apes and- get this- he failed. Therefore evolution is false. It is from a magazine called "Acts & Facts".

So, I have a comic. Some people think it's almost good.

This might be in Doctor Bash's collection :
20 Scary Old School Surgical Tools
I particularly like the "Tobacco Smoke Enema" :
The tobacco enema was used to infuse tobacco smoke into a patient's rectum for various medical purposes, primarily the resuscitation of drowning victims. A rectal tube inserted into the anus was connected to a fumigator and bellows that forced the smoke towards the rectum. The warmth of the smoke was thought to promote respiration, but doubts about the credibility of tobacco enemas led to the popular phrase "blow smoke up one's ass."

The 10 oldest still inhabited cities. I''ve only seen one of them : Lisbon, but I hope I get to see the others before I die. I'm surprised Istanbul doesn't make the list, though.

Maybe the name change threw them off.Posted 1 year ago # -
I dispute the accuracy of this list! I'm sure some cities are not on here that should be. Like Zhengzhou in China, which has been inhabited since it was a capitol city during the Shang Dynasty (1600-1000BC). The only thing is, even though it's still a huge metropolis, it's a rather poor tourist destination and there's not much history to see apart from some nearly non-existent 3500 year old walls. Erm, I've been there. Yeah.
I'll bet there are a fair number of places that have been cut from the list due to their uninteresting present state.
P.S. Athens is the only one on their list that I've been to.
