It's a shame that a guy with this physique chose to do something so demeaning with it. With those shoulders, he'd make an excellent life drawing model. What's a shame is that if I saw this guy out and about at like a club or a halloween parade or something I would think he was neat. But the creepy slow-motion "This is obviously my fetish" movement just heebies my jeebies. This could make for like an interesting performance art thing but instead it's just supremely freaky.

The only silver lining to this particular cloud: The tattoos are so poorly done that they'll likely degrade into splotches and smears of color in a decade or so, with steady sun exposure...

I was wondering that too and I think it's a home job (or done in some 5th world country in an alley on the cheap) based largely on the crappy stitching and the length of threads.
