I don’t get it, although I may find out later about this: why the hell is the Cook family into causing this kind of mayhem? Do they not like Reclamation for a particular reason, or are they just into doing this for it’s own sake? The improvised tear gas/irritant was bad enough, but lit tanks of flammable gas? JEEZ.

I have read this page at least four times and I just now figured out it’s a lighter in panel one.
